Information for clients


1. Booking terms and conditions of private villas.

All villas available for rent fully comply with the advertised site. Our company will inspect and approve each villa before final booking.

Request for booking villas can be made by e-mail, Skype or telephone. If the particular villa requested is available on the dates indicated, the customer is sent documents, which must be signed and sent by fax or scanned and e-mail.

Once the booking has been confirmed, a minimum deposit of 50% of the invoice price will be required. Invoice value is in USD. All bank commissions and fees are paid by the client. Bank fees average ~ 1% of the payment amount.

Upon Bali booking receiving payment or verification of deposit of payment, Bali booking will then contact you by e-mail to verify, and then a voucher receipt sent by e-mail to you, which will state all details: The full name of the villa and its address, dates of stay at the villa and agreed extras etc. Upon arrival you will be met at Denpasar airport and then driven to your Villa and the balance to be paid in USD, together with the voucher company receipt.

If the deposit is not received on account of the company within 5 working days, the booking will be automatically canceled by the villa.

The balance is payable within 2 hours after arrival and settlement in the villa. The balance can be paid in USD. We do accept payment with VISA card / MasterCard / American Express. Please advice company personnel on your preferred method of payment.

p.s. A number of the more popular villas, may require 100% of the payment 60 days before your arrival, this will appear in the clients contract. We will inform you on the deposit amount required.

Minimum booking villas.

Standard minimum booking periods for villas are; three (3) nights in low season, seven (7) nights in high season and ten (10) nights in peak season, unless otherwise noted.

Time check in and check out.

Arrival (check in) to the villas from 14-00
Departure (check out) - 12.00
In some cases, possible early check-in and late check out. Please information company staff in advance of your situation.

Rental rates of private villas already include:

  • Being met at the airport by English-speaking company staff
  • Transfer form airport to villa or house (regardless of the number of guests)
  • Personalized check in and check out
  • SIM card, phone operator XL. Information support.

Number of arriving guests should not exceed the amount specified in the description of the villa. Subject to exceptions, which must be recorded in the annexes to the agreement.

Refundable deposit.

Customer must pay refundable security cash deposit upon checking in. In accordance with the terms of the contract, otherwise the owner or manager of the villa has a right to refuse the settlement. Deposit will be refunded to the client at the end of his term, except in cases where property has been damaged.

Events and parties.

Please note that private villa rentals you cannot hold large event without prior agreement. For such activities you must obtain a license from the local authorities, which is subject to a charge. Rental accommodation is limited by rules that govern their uses, eg; weddings, parties and other events. This license is called «Banjar» and the charge is comparable to the average daily rental rate of the villa.

Parties, weddings and other events are becoming very popular. If you plan to organize such an event where it involves many guests, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice to get the necessary approvals.


2. Terms of hotel reservation.

Booking hotel reservations can be made by e-mail, Skype or telephone. You must provide your name as is on your passport, passport number, dates for the length of stay. You will receive same day confirmation of availability if the request is made before 12:00 mid day (Moscow time) or maximum of 24hrs. If flight arrangements are made through us we can collect at the airport. Alternatively supply your flight details and we can collect you at the airport.

The company will send to you confirmation of your booking. The client must then send a scaned copy of passport details and preferably one of each flight. After that, within 24 hours the customer is e-mailed a set of documents [itinerary; please read and check for accuracy], which must then be returned by fax, or scan the document, saved to a file and attach to an e-mail ……SIGNED…….

Hotels normally require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, if the booking is made more than 60 days prior to arrival date. The customer must then pay the required amount by transferring money to the company account. If the reservation is less than 60 days prior to arrival, the client should then make 100% payment.

Along with a set of documents will be an invoice for payment, the 50% deposit or for the full amount. The Invoice is in USD. All bank commissions and fees are paid by the client. Banks on average charge ~1% of the payment amount.

The customer must then report the payment by sending data about the number and date of the payment. After the company receives the receipt of payment and is confirmed, the customer will be sent a voucher, which states: the full name of the hotel, its exact address, room type, dates, contact information, meeting party.

Together with the voucher client receives detailed information on the meeting at the airport in Denpasar. If the deposit is not received in account of the company within 5 working days, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

Transfer costs when booking hotel paid separately upon check-in, or may be included in the invoice if desired. Transfer price depends on distance.

Transfer price listed in U.S. dollars for 1 person for groups of 1-2 people. For groups of more than 3 people provides significant discounts. The final cost please check with the company's managers.

IMPORTANT! Pay special attention to the date when your passport expires. You will be refused entry into Indonesia if your passport has less than 6 months and 1 day from the date of entry. Take this seriously; because we know the precedents when clients are not able to enter the country through the Denpasar airport.

Registration stay in Indonesia.

Indonesia law requires that we register all our guests upon check in. This requires staff at where you stay the hotel or villa etc; to photocopy your passport.


We strongly recommend that before flying to Bali to inquire about travel insurance and take out a cover that is applicable to you. Comprehensive travel insurance will include medical, injury, loss of baggage and personal effects. Enquire when you perches your ticket. The medical cover is generally determined by your age and health and injury cover by the activities you may involve in. Unforeseen circumstances example renting a motor bike and mmmm .
